Gracie Group starts London expansion with £550m portfolio

Gracie Group has launched into the London market with a £550m portfolio.

The group has operated since 2012 primarily through special purpose vehicles, but this is the first time the company has operated publicly under its own brand.

Gracie will target the city’s “most prestigious postcodes” and specifically seek London sites with land values up to £30m. These are predominantly expected to be in North London.

Projects will be funded through the developer’s land fund, the size of which has not been specified.

“Launching under the Gracie Group name allows us to move forward with a clear vision to promote sustainable, resilient places through careful listening, collaborative leadership and design-led delivery,” said Gennaro D’Alo, development director at Gracie Group (pictured above).

“With our robust land fund and a £550m portfolio already under management, we establish our position in the London market with ambition and confidence.”

This portfolio already includes prime residential schemes such as The Clay Yard — West Hampstead, 39 Fitzjohn’s Avenue — Hampstead, Moxon Street — High Barnet and Netherhall Gardens — Hampstead with more sites in the pipeline.
